Quotes

All quotes are prepared for the specific job you describe: the load, the collection and delivery postcodes, the dates and any add-ons. Quotes are issued in euros (EUR). A quote is valid for 14 days. If the job changes materially on the day (extra items, different access, additional stops), the crew will confirm any change with you before proceeding.

Bookings and cancellation

A booking is confirmed when we accept your requested date. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged a reasonable amount to cover reserved crew time.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure access to both properties at the agreed times, including parking where possible.
• Tell us about unusual items (pianos, safes, heavy machinery) before the move so we can plan for them.
• Empty, seal and label boxes you have packed yourself.

Liability

We take reasonable care of everything we move. Our liability for loss or damage caused by us is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the item concerned. We are not liable for items packed by you, for structural damage arising from moving items you have asked us to move, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of the job.

If something goes wrong, contact info@mzk-trans.services and we will put it right where we can. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
